SHIPPING POLICY

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us

to process a refund. Note That All items are shipped from our warehouse in UK

2. Shipping Costs

We offer you free worldwide express shipping. Take advantage of it ! We ship internationally through TNT, DHL, PTS, SPSR, Fedex.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box). We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.


Returns


LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout or confirmation process. Please make sure that you’re billing, and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.


We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.



Exchange



We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item, you could request a return and make a new order. However, we can’t guarantee that your preferred size or colour will be available at that moment.



Cancellation


Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to cancel once you have made an order. We are currently working on improving this.



Refunds


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
