WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your purchase or items can be delivered to an address that you choose (home, work, etc. Never a PO Box). AURELYON does not demand any type of taxes or customs on the ordered products. Some countries sometimes impose customs and taxes on orders imported from outside the country. AURELYON Company is not responsible for any tax or customs fees imposed in this regard, so please know about that.
Handling Time is different from one item to another depending on the supplier, considering that handling time does not include shipping duration. The majority of the Time, the handling time is less than five days.

Cancel the order or some products: Orders can be modified or canceled before payment because they have not yet entered the processing system, but if the payment is made, a product can be deleted or canceled completely within 5 hours, and 5€ is deducted from the customer's balance "cancellation fee" and if the cancellation is requested within 12 hours a 9€ "cancellation fee" is deducted after the logistical department confirms the possibility of this.
